Why are We Here?

Our founder, Jacorea Taylor, was diagnosed with ADD at a young age. Throughout Elementary and Middle School she was managing ADD symptoms with medication. By Highschool, her mom decided to let her try school without medication. She made it through, however, there were many struggles throughout college into adulthood. It wasn't until Jacorea had children of her own, who were also diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, that she began to do her research. It was at that point she realized that adults could still suffer from ADHD and it could be managed. After going through many challenges with her children in school, Jacorea decided that she wanted to provide support to families that were just like hers. And from there, I Am Whole was created!

Jacorea Taylor is from Houston, TX. She is married to the love of her life and best friend, Chamond. She is the mother of 3 beautiful daughters, Jalia, Kasai and Alyson and 2 fur babies, a dog named Rainbow and a cat named Duchess. Jacorea is the owner of Total Ambiance Events and also serves in leadership at her church. Her favorite things include: worshiping, serving others, dancing, relaxing, trying new restaurants, finding new cemeteries to explore and boat rides. Fun Fact: Jacorea and her husband met at a funeral home while working.
